Guests also have the opportunity to learn about the quagga’s fascinating history, from its extinction in the 1800s to the ongoing conservation efforts that have brought it back through selective breeding.
Daily game drives, lasting about an hour, offer an enjoyable way to explore the landscape and are particularly special during flower season.
Each game vehicle seats up to 9 guests, allowing for a more personal experience. The lodge’s location near the Berg River Estuary, with its rich variety of birdlife, adds another remarkable natural attraction to your stay.
